About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness create a memorable guest experience. Working across rooms, public areas and laundry services, you will be a key part of the hospitality team at JW Marriott Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, public spaces and laundry areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Stock carts, deliver guest requests, and handle linen and laundry operations efficiently.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace, adherence to company policies and confidentiality.
- Professional uniform, appearance and communication.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
