Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Room Attendant

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest experiences a clean, welcoming environment throughout their stay. Working in a fast‑paced hotel setting, you will be responsible for maintaining rooms and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly, restock housekeeping carts, and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces, adhering to Marriott’s quality and safety standards.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department to ensure a safe workplace.
