About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the hotel’s rooms and public areas are spotless, creating memorable experiences for guests. This full‑time position involves a hands‑on approach to cleaning, stocking, and responding to guest requests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
- Deliver guest requests promptly, stock carts, and manage housekeeping supplies.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging items up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of standard housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to operate housekeeping equipment safely.
