Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor supports the Director of Housekeeping in delivering the high standards expected at a luxury property. Based at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi, you will lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet impeccable cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional advisory support to the Director of Housekeeping to achieve departmental goals.
• Supervise day‑to‑day housekeeping activities, including inspections of guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets, and offices.
• Coach, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff, correcting standards and offering guidance.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Attend and contribute to housekeeping communication meetings.
• Investigate guest complaints, implement corrective actions, and follow up.
• Coordinate out‑of‑order rooms with Engineering, Front Office, and Butler teams for maintenance.
• Monitor usage of supplies, chemicals, equipment, and oversee contractor activities.
• Schedule and manage inventories for store and supply items.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred qualification).
• Relevant experience in housekeeping supervision within a hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
