Housekeeping Attendant (Full-Time)

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant at NH Collection Dubai The Palm ensures guest rooms, corridors and service areas are cleaned to the hotel’s high standards. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver a comfortable and memorable stay for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, corridors and service areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels and guest amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, furniture, mirrors, windows, floors and other fixtures.
• Replenish guest supplies and minibar items as required.
• Stock housekeeping trolleys before each shift and attend daily briefings.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, complaints and “Do Not Disturb” procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, safety hazards and unusual situations immediately.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items in line with hotel policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in linen rooms, pantries and storage areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping operations.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
