Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Towers Rotana in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional guest service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log accurately.
• Clean rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, and empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, arrange guest toiletries neatly, and spot‑clean carpets when necessary.
• Maintain clear fire exits and stairways, report maintenance issues immediately, and keep corridors, service pantries, and service areas tidy.
• Remove room‑service trays and trolleys, and coordinate with valet service for guest laundry, dry‑cleaning, or pressing.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring, and dedicated with strong cross‑cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
