Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the dedicated housekeeping team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a new luxury lifestyle destination in Dubai. You will ensure that guest areas and back‑of‑house spaces are immaculate, contributing to the brand’s renowned service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned blocks, including corridors, stairways, lifts and service pantries.
• Collect and dispose of trash, replace soiled bedding and bathroom linen, and report any unpleasant odors.
• Perform deep‑cleaning tasks such as bathroom sanitisation, closet cleaning, door‑track polishing and furniture alignment.
• Respond to guest calls, requests and complaints, provide turndown service and deliver or retrieve loaned items.
• Replenish amenities and supplies, inspecting and replacing bathrobes, towels, toiletries, hangers, extra blankets, pillows, luggage racks and complimentary water.
• Keep all cleaning equipment in good condition and report any maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Minimum of one month of housekeeping or related experience.
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work on a full‑time schedule in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
