Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort as a Housekeeping Attendant and help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort that define our luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain health and safety standards, including proper use of housekeeping chemicals.
• Manage linen, towel and uniform inventories and keep accurate records.
• Process lost‑and‑found items and maintain related logs.
• Meet VIP and special guest requests, especially for families with children.
• Report any damage or loss in rooms immediately.
• Remove room‑service trays, update room status reports, and ensure equipment is clean and well‑maintained.
• Support security awareness by reporting incidents when necessary.

Required profile

• Passion for generosity, warmth and heartfelt hospitality.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs consistently.
• Good organizational skills for inventory and record keeping.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced resort environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of proper usage of housekeeping chemicals.
• Experience with linen and inventory management.
