About the role

The Housekeeping Management Trainee program at Banyan Tree Dubai offers hospitality graduates a hands‑on opportunity to develop leadership skills within a luxury hotel environment. You will work closely with experienced housekeeping leaders to learn daily operations, quality standards, and team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Gain practical experience across guest rooms, public areas, linen and laundry operations.
• Support the housekeeping leadership team in daily departmental activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with room inspections, quality checks, and maintaining luxury cleanliness standards.
• Participate in inventory management, linen control, and cost‑conscious operational practices.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• Strong interest in housekeeping operations and luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver.
• Team player comfortable in a multicultural environment.
