About the role
Responsible for daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces and employee areas are clean and well maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect guestrooms daily and communicate room status to Front Desk.
- Manage inventory of supplies and ensure adequate stock.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, enforce policies, and conduct training.
- Schedule employees, track attendance, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Monitor budget performance and strive to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Address guest complaints and implement corrective action plans.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years housekeeping experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Business with no experience required.
- Ability to lead a team, conduct inspections, and manage budgets.
