Housekeeping Supervisor – Dubai Palm Jumeirah

About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at a leading hotel on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, you will lead a team of housekeepers to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will act as the primary point of contact for guest requests, maintenance issues, and special projects, contributing directly to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule and supervise housekeeping staff to achieve daily cleaning targets.
• Conduct inspections of checkout rooms, occupied rooms and public areas, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report maintenance or facility issues, following up to guarantee timely resolution.
• Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning initiatives and special housekeeping projects.
• Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Handle VIP and special guest requests, delivering personalized service.
