About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas at One&Only The Palm, delivering the highest standards of guest satisfaction in a 5‑star resort environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping shifts, monitor cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance standards across allocated zones.
- Train and coach team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols and use of equipment.
- Coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper and other departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in the Opera PMS and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a 5‑star hotel or resort.
- Strong decision‑making ability and excellent communication skills in English; additional European language is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Organisational and team‑management capabilities.
Required skills
- Opera Property Management System (PMS) proficiency.
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
