Housekeeping Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for residences, guest rooms and public spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, presentation and maintenance standards.
• Assign duties, prepare work schedules and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments to resolve guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, ensuring a pleasant residential experience.
• Monitor supplies, linen and equipment, maintaining proper stock control.
• Support training, coaching and development of housekeeping staff.
• Manage lost‑and‑found items according to hotel procedures and maintain accurate daily reports.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury residential setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures and hygiene practices.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to lead a team.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
