Housing Supervisor

About the role

The Housing Supervisor supports the Human Resources team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, ensuring smooth employee relations and compliance with recruitment processes. This full‑time, onsite position reports to HR management and interacts with staff across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, providing resolution and follow‑up.
• Support management and leadership in handling HR matters, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance counseling.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with local laws, company policies, and standards.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Coordinate logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide professional telephone etiquette.
• Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality policies, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
