HR Administrator – Restaurant Operations

About the role

The restaurant is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support daily administrative and operational functions. You will work closely with management, handling HR tasks, purchasing, supplier coordination and compliance with Dubai municipality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, onboarding documentation and coordinate visas, medicals and Emirates IDs.
• Manage purchasing process: obtain quotations, issue purchase orders, track deliveries and monitor stock levels.
• Negotiate with suppliers, keep supplier records up‑to‑date and ensure timely payments.
• Handle Dubai Municipality permits, inspections, trade licence renewals and other government approvals.
• Prepare basic reports and administrative updates for management and support daily operational issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant, F&B or hospitality administration/operations, preferably in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of HR administration, purchasing and supplier management.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality licensing and permit procedures is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation abilities.
