HR Business Partner Lead

About the role

The HR Business Partner Lead will work closely with business leaders in Abu Dhabi to provide strategic HR guidance, manage employee relations, and drive people initiatives that support Bybit’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to address department issues, employee sentiment, onboarding, performance, promotions, disciplinary cases and disputes.
• Provide input on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations.
• Implement people policies, ensure compliance with legal manpower regulations, and coordinate with the legal department.
• Identify training needs, deliver executive coaching, and analyze HR data trends to develop solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner or in Employee Relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English.
• Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines and handle detailed organizational processes.
