HR Coordinator

About the role

A growing international organization is looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, documentation and internal communication. The role is based in the Dubai office with a hybrid and flexible work setup.

Key responsibilities

• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers
• Coordinate joining formalities and basic documentation
• Support day-to-day HR coordination and follow-ups

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
• Hindi and English communication mandatory
• Must hold a spouse visa or own visa
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup

Required skills

• Strong coordination, documentation and follow-up skills
• Nice to have: familiarity with HR systems or ERP tools, good Excel and computer skills, knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures
