HR Employee Partner – Site (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced HR Employee Partner to work on‑site in the Abu Dhabi Airport Freezone. The role will partner with site leadership to deliver people strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and advise site leaders and managers to build high‑performing teams, manage performance, and resolve complex workplace issues.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Communities of Expertise (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) and People Services to deliver people strategies, employee transactions, and compliance activities.
• Drive employee engagement through initiatives, workforce insights, surveys, and effective handling of disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and the ADAFZ framework during hiring, restructuring, and terminations.
• Support and strengthen organisational culture by embedding behaviours that align with business objectives and enhance employee experience.
• Enable leaders to create engaged, high‑performing teams through recognition, communication, and employee experience initiatives.
• Provide guidance on workplace issues, conduct unbiased investigations, and support leaders through grievance processes.

Required profile

• Proactive HR professional with solid experience in employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Strong partnership and influencing skills to work closely with site leadership and HR experts.
• Ability to drive engagement, culture, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of UAE employment legislation and free‑zone regulations (ADAFZ).
