HR Generalist and PRO Executive

About the role

A client of Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced HR Generalist and Public Relations (PRO) Executive to handle document clearing, government relations and trade license processes across several free zones and government authorities in the UAE. The role also covers payroll, WPS, visa and other HR Generalist activities, and the candidate must have worked in HR and PRO as an individual contributor.

Key responsibilities

• Handle documentation and government processes, including company trade licenses, visas, immigration and renewals
• Liaise with authorities such as DMCC, JAFZA, DED, the Ministry of Labour and Immigration
• Clear documents, obtain approvals and attestations, and submit them accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, free zone regulations and trade licensing requirements
• Handle WPS and payroll systems
• Coordinate with banks for opening and closing corporate accounts and resolve banking documentation
• Carry out all HR Generalist activities as an individual contributor

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a PRO and HR Generalist in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of government processes
• Proven expertise with DMCC, JAFZA, DED, Ministry of Labour, Immigration and trade license and visa documentation
• Currently working in an individual contributor role
