HR Manager - E-commerce

About the role

Careers International is looking for an HR Manager with experience in the e-commerce industry to lead HR operations, talent management and HR systems. The role drives HR processes, employee engagement and supports business growth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and the employee lifecycle
• Lead talent acquisition for high-volume hiring across warehouse, logistics, customer support and tech roles
• Implement and manage HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors preferred)
• Drive employee engagement, retention strategies and performance management processes
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law
• Partner with business leaders on organizational growth and workforce planning
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary processes
• Lead HR transformation initiatives and process improvements

Required profile

• 3-5 years of HR experience in the e-commerce or online retail industry
• Strong experience in HR operations and talent acquisition
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Required skills

• Exposure to HRIS systems and process automation
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
