HR Manager – Forex / CFD

About the role

Lex Markets is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations and talent acquisition initiatives for its growing office in Dubai. This position focuses on building specialized talent pipelines for brokerage roles, managing the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, and ensuring administrative processes align with local regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies to attract qualified Forex and CFD brokerage talent.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, employee relations, and workforce administration.
• Manage employee visa applications, onboarding procedures, and government‑related HR documentation.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across commercial, trading, and operational functions.
• Enforce institutional compliance with current UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour law and visa workflows.
• Immediate availability.
