About the role
The HR Business Partner – Band 1 role at Procter & Gamble in Dubai is a full‑time position focused on shaping HR strategy, driving operational excellence and supporting business leaders across the Gulf region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead small HR projects or initiatives and build autonomy within the team.
- Identify business‑building opportunities within the HR scope and deliver impactful solutions.
- Ensure high‑quality delivery against goals while considering business implications of HR processes.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in Human Resources or a related field (fresh graduate up to 2 years).
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- UAE national preferred.
Required skills
- Understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
