HR Manager

About the role

Ajax Systems, a leading European security‑technology manufacturer, is expanding its Middle‑East presence and seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR services from onboarding to contract expiry, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Lead onboarding and induction processes for all new hires.
• Oversee core HR systems, maintain accurate records, and support HR administration.
• Handle full‑cycle employment for expatriates, including visa and immigration procedures and occasional relocation support.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and processes such as workforce administration, compensation reviews, benefits, performance and talent management, and training.
• Collaborate with regional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Manager or HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations; familiarity with broader MENA regulations is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with visas, immigration policies and various employment contracts.
• Result‑oriented mindset capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• English proficiency B2+ and Ukrainian proficiency B2+.
