About the role
The school is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and compliance activities. You will ensure smooth HR operations and support a high‑performance learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and KHDA documentation for all staff.
- Manage HR operations including records, attendance, leaves, payroll support, and compliance.
- Support staff relations, resolve queries, and maintain a positive school culture.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training, and ongoing staff development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the school/education sector.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and KHDA requirements.
- Familiarity with staff qualification verification and KHDA Teacher Permit processes.
