About the role
Al Hurya Glass and Aluminium is looking for an HR Officer for its office in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The role manages day-to-day employee administration for the office, workshop and project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee files and expiry records.
- Coordinate recruitment, offers, onboarding, work permits, visas and renewals.
- Prepare attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
- Follow up on medical insurance and respond to employee queries.
- Keep records accurate, track deadlines and coordinate with management and external service providers.
Required profile
- Practical knowledge of UAE HR and employment procedures, including MOHRE processes, work permits and employee documentation.
- Experience preparing payroll and attendance records.
- Experience supporting workers and site staff in a contracting company is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong Excel and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to deadlines and clear English communication.
