HR Recruiter

About the role

Infinity Realty is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to support its talent acquisition activities in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening through to interview coordination and shortlisting. Applicants with strong recruitment skills and knowledge of the real estate industry are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates for available vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Communicate with applicants and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Support HR activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Identify effective recruitment channels to attract qualified talent.
• Assist hiring managers in identifying suitable candidates for different positions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR and recruitment; real estate recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, talent acquisition, interview coordination and recruitment administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates, manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Must currently be based in Dubai or be willing to relocate.
