HR Services and Immigration Specialist UAE

About the role

The HR Services and Immigration Specialist will manage UAE immigration operations, ensuring accurate case administration, documentation review, and timely follow‑up while supporting broader EMEA HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UAE immigration operations, coordinating internal stakeholders, case administration, data collection and documentation review.
• Partner with Global Mobility, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, employees and immigration providers to ensure efficient case progression and Emiratization compliance.
• Review and validate employee information, contracts, salary details and employment terms for immigration processing.
• Monitor case progress, government notifications and timelines, driving follow‑ups on missing documentation, approvals, medicals and biometrics.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day operational contact for the immigration provider and liaise with UAE authorities (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA).
• Support EMEA personnel administration, maintain employee data in HR systems and handle HR service case management.

Required profile

• UAE National with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in UAE immigration, mobility or HR operations and strong knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA frameworks and Emiratization rules.
• Experience working with external immigration providers, government authorities and HR systems such as Workday.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and good working knowledge of English.

• Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, tracking and reporting.
• Workday HR system.
