HR Specialist – Russian Speaking

About the role

Whitewill, a leading luxury real estate agency, is expanding its fast‑growing Dubai office and seeks an HR Specialist fluent in Russian and English. You will drive recruitment, onboarding and HR support for sales, administrative and back‑office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Recruit primarily for Sales, Administrative and Back Office positions.
• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare job offers and support new hires during adaptation.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, employee records and internal HR reporting.
• Advise employees and managers on HR and administrative matters.
• Monitor and improve internal HR processes for greater efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of Whitewill’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Previous experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law (preferred).
