HR & Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Paris Society is seeking a motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to support its Group People & Culture team across recruitment, employee experience and HR projects. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment cycle and the chance to contribute to HR initiatives for existing restaurants and upcoming openings.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment for corporate and restaurant positions, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and follow‑up.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, assist with international recruitment campaigns and help plan staffing for new restaurant openings.
• Assist onboarding activities, prepare new‑joiner documentation and contribute to employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support HR reporting, data collection, dashboard updates and HRIS‑related projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, people management and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
