Director of Emiratization (National Talent)

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director – Emiratization (National Talent) to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. You will shape and lead Jumeirah’s enterprise‑wide Emiratization vision and inspire the National Recruitment and Development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and lead a bold five‑year Emiratization roadmap aligned with UAE ambitions.
• Serve as a trusted strategic adviser to senior leaders across Corporate, SBU and hotel operations.
• Create career journeys for UAE National talent through recruitment, onboarding, development, mentoring and succession planning.
• Forge partnerships with government entities, educational institutions and community networks.
• Deliver analytics, governance and executive insight on representation, recruitment, readiness, retention and leadership succession.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Public Administration or related field; master’s/MBA or professional HR qualification advantageous.
• 10–12 years progressive HR leadership experience in Emiratization, national talent development, workforce planning or talent acquisition within the UAE.
• Proven ability to inspire high‑performing teams and deliver Group‑wide initiatives.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English and deep knowledge of UAE labour and Emiratization requirements.
