HR Transformation Consultant – Onboarding & Offboarding

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation Consultant to lead the review, standardisation and redesign of onboarding and offboarding processes for a large semi‑government organisation in Dubai. The role is contract‑based (3 months) and focuses on simplifying employee journeys, strengthening HR technology use and delivering a seamless experience for staff and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive current‑state assessment of onboarding and offboarding journeys across multiple business verticals.
• Identify duplication, manual hand‑offs, approval bottlenecks, data issues and control gaps.
• Design target‑state processes, workflows, business rules and functional requirements.
• Lead the HR technology strategy, aligning with Avature and other ATS/CRM platforms.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, oversee testing, deployment, training and change‑management activities.
• Establish end‑to‑end journey tracking, reporting models and transformation KPIs.
• Manage delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR transformation, HR technology implementation or process redesign.
• Proven project or programme management experience in complex, multi‑business environments.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
