HSE Administrator (UAE National)

About the role

Al Tayer Group is looking for a UAE national to join its HSE department in Dubai. The role supports the HSE team by providing professional administration services so that the team can work effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the HSE needs of the operations and execution teams and monitor their requirements.
• Maintain the HSE documentation system, keeping records, files and databases up to date.
• Inspect the factory, site and camp during the establishment phase to identify the safety equipment needed before work starts.
• Regularly inspect the site for compliance with government safety standards and the project safety plan.
• Prepare the safety equipment maintenance schedule and ensure fire regulations are followed.
• Provide monthly HSE reports and conduct periodic safety audits, sending weekly reports to the Production/Project manager.
• Prepare accident reports with causes and corrective actions, and follow up on nonconformity reports and unsafe practices.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and train factory and site staff and subcontractors on safety and first aid.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• UAE nationality.
