HSE Manager - Al Maktoum International Airport Project

About the role

CCECC is urgently hiring experienced HSE Managers and HSE Officers for the Al Maktoum International Airport (AMIA) project in Dubai, UAE. The role suits professionals with a background in large-scale construction projects who want to help deliver one of the region's major infrastructure developments. Candidates available to join within 15 days will be given priority.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and project safety plans.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Review method statements and ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project requirements.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety training sessions and promote safe working practices.
• Monitor construction activities and prepare HSE reports, coordinating with project teams to resolve safety issues.

Required profile

• Experience in airport and terminal projects, large-scale building construction or major UAE construction projects.
• Experience with piling, foundation works and reinforced concrete structures is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, construction safety procedures and project-specific HSE requirements.
• Ability to implement HSE plans, conduct toolbox talks and monitor compliance with safe working practices.
• Strong communication, reporting and coordination skills.
