HSE Manager – Oil & Gas EPC Projects

About the role

Penspen is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environment initiatives for large oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on protecting employees, the environment, and ensuring compliance while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Provide training and promote a strong safety culture across all project teams.
• Coordinate with ADNOC and other authorities to maintain required approvals.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in any discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC and other relevant HSE certifications.
• Minimum 20 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in the oil and gas sector.
• Proven experience as an HSE Manager on large EPC projects.
• Approved HSE Manager status from ADNOC and PMC experience.
