Human Resource Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resource Coordinator will support HR operations and employee services in Abu Dhabi, ensuring smooth implementation of policies, recruitment, talent management and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Human Capital team to deliver HR operational services, including onboarding, transfers, compensation updates, immigration and health insurance administration.
• Maintain HR databases, employee records and filing systems in compliance with UAE labour laws and corporate retention policies.
• Prepare and submit HR reports, assist in resolving employee relations issues and support the implementation of HR policies and engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, orientation sessions and training on company policies.
• Adhere to EHS policies, use PPE when required and report hazards or incidents to the HSE team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
