Human Resources Coordinator – Luxury Resort in Ajman

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR function at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, by handling administrative tasks, assisting candidates, and maintaining employee records in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute mail, and manage HR office supplies and forms.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures.
• Maintain a clean, accessible application area and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and employee relations issues.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee records and property information.
• Follow company policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold professional appearance standards.
• Enter and retrieve work‑related information using computers and point‑of‑sale systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
