Talent Acquisition Officer - Faculty Recruitment

About the role

An established university in the UAE is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer with a strong background in academic faculty recruitment and onboarding. The role covers the full recruitment cycle for academic staff, from sourcing to onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in faculty recruitment and onboarding within a well-established UAE university.
• Experience recruiting academic professionals such as lecturers, assistant professors, associate professors and professors.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Knowledge of UAE employment regulations, visa procedures and academic hiring requirements.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
