Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director will provide strategic leadership across all HR, Organisational Development and Administration functions for a workforce of over 10,000 employees in a fast‑growing construction and industrial group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group Human Capital Strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on people‑related matters and lead workforce planning.
• Establish HR governance, policies and procedures across the Group and drive a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
• Lead HR transformation, implement HR technologies, streamline processes and introduce best‑practice frameworks.
• Oversee organisational design, capability building, competency frameworks, career pathways and change‑management initiatives.
• Design and manage performance management systems, KPI frameworks and reporting mechanisms for executive and Board review.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader responsible for a large, multi‑site workforce (10,000+ employees).
• Demonstrated ability to shape and execute HR strategy, drive transformation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong advisory skills to senior executives and experience in workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development.
