About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Human Resources Manager in our hotel team, you will lead the HR function to create memorable experiences for guests and a positive workplace for team members.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety and performance management.
- Foster employee engagement through recognition programs, special events and other initiatives that build a positive culture.
- Manage HR systems and compliance, handling data, employment transitions, reporting and unemployment claims.
- Recruit, train, coach, supervise and mentor the HR team, conducting performance evaluations and supporting professional development.
