About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Human Resources Manager in our hotel team, you will lead the HR function to create memorable experiences for guests and a positive workplace for team members.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety and performance management.
Foster employee engagement through recognition programs, special events and other initiatives that build a positive culture.
Manage HR systems and compliance, handling data, employment transitions, reporting and unemployment claims.
Recruit, train, coach, supervise and mentor the HR team, conducting performance evaluations and supporting professional development.
