Human Resources Manager – Industrial Services (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑focused Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for a project‑driven industrial services organisation operating across Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, Engineering, Maintenance, Shutdown and Turnaround projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management, Operations, Project Managers and Department Heads on all people‑related matters, translating business needs into HR strategies and workforce plans.
• Develop annual and project‑specific manpower plans, forecast requirements, maintain talent pipelines and monitor headcount, vacancies and utilisation.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for corporate, engineering, technical, supervisory and site‑based roles, supporting high‑volume hiring during project mobilisation and shutdown periods.
• Oversee the HR component of new project mobilisation, coordinating recruitment, visa, onboarding and site requirements to meet project timelines.
• Manage employee relations, Emiratization, performance management, talent development, HR compliance and workforce cost optimisation.
