About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support associates and ensure a positive workplace culture at JA Hatta Fort Hotel. This entry‑level position involves handling HR processes, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end vacation process, including flight ticket issuance.
  • Assist daily HR operations and respond to associate queries.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations.
  • Prepare certificates, birthday cards, name badges, and associate communications.
  • Support attendance administration, payroll submissions, and transportation requests.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, filing systems, and departmental documentation.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Required skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
