About the role
The Human Resources Officer will support associates and ensure a positive workplace culture at JA Hatta Fort Hotel. This entry‑level position involves handling HR processes, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end vacation process, including flight ticket issuance.
- Assist daily HR operations and respond to associate queries.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations.
- Prepare certificates, birthday cards, name badges, and associate communications.
- Support attendance administration, payroll submissions, and transportation requests.
- Maintain accurate HR records, filing systems, and departmental documentation.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Required skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
