Human Resources Payroll Assistant

About the role

We are a leading real estate development company seeking a highly organized Human Resources Payroll Assistant. The role will manage the full employee lifecycle and payroll functions for our real‑estate operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle monthly payroll for all staff, from attendance extraction to salary disbursement.
• Prepare and submit Salary Information Files (SIF) for the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS) in compliance with MOHRE regulations.
• Process and reconcile GPSSA contributions for eligible employees.
• Calculate and process End of Service gratuity, final settlements, and other payroll adjustments such as overtime, commissions, incentives, deductions, and leave encashments.
• Generate payroll variance reports, support internal and external audits.
• Handle visa, medical, and Emirates ID processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Administer company and employee insurance renewals and claims.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and Wage Protection System requirements.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) relevant payroll or HR experience.
