About the role
Join the hotel team as an HVAC Technician, ensuring the safety and functionality of the property while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Respond quickly to guest calls and work orders from team members.
- Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs.
- Document inspections, repairs, and flag issues requiring further attention.
