Identity and Access Management Manager

About the role

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Majid Al Futtaim's IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy. This senior role ensures that identity processes align with business objectives and security best practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce IAM/PAM policies, procedures, and controls based on least‑privilege principles.
• Manage the full identity lifecycle, including onboarding, provisioning, access changes, certifications, and off‑boarding.
• Implement and maintain RBAC/ABAC models, MFA, SSO, federation, and access review processes.
• Oversee credential vaulting, rotation, privileged session monitoring, JIT access, and emergency break‑glass procedures.
• Monitor IAM/PAM environments, investigate anomalies, remediate vulnerabilities, and lead incident response for identity‑related events.
• Design, deploy, and automate solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Delinea using PowerShell or Python.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2 and produce regular KPI, metric, and audit reports.
• Lead vendor relationships, internal training, and cross‑functional collaboration to continuously improve IAM capabilities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IAM/PAM implementation and operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines.
