In-Season Trading Merchandising Executive

About the role

The In-Season Trading Merchandising Executive drives commercial performance and inventory productivity for the DTC business across the GCC and Jordan. Working closely with buying, planning and operations teams, the role translates trading data into fast, actionable decisions to maximise full‑price sales and stock efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own weekly trading analysis across stores, markets and e‑commerce, monitoring sales, sell‑through, stock levels and identifying trends and risks.
• Manage allocation and replenishment, ensuring appropriate stock depth, size availability and executing transfers between stores, markets and channels.
• Drive inventory productivity by identifying slow‑moving or excess stock and recommending actions to improve sell‑through and reduce weeks of cover.
• Maintain a consolidated omnichannel trading view, partnering with retail operations and e‑commerce to shift inventory dynamically based on demand.
• Produce in‑season reports covering sales, stock turn, ageing and full‑price performance, providing clear commercial recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, Merchandising, Retail or related field.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in merchandising, allocation, planning or retail trading, preferably in sportswear or footwear retail.
