In-Stock Manager – Fashion Category

About the role

Amazon is looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic leader to manage planning, operations and project management for one of its fastest growing fashion category. The Instock Manager will join a high‑powered, fun, and collegial work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory availability and health, including improved in‑stock, inventory planning, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead times), systematic forecasting, and efficiency improvement with vendors and fulfillment centers.
• Partner with vendor managers and marketing managers to drive sales and profitability growth.
• Work on key system inputs to achieve highly automated replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive tools and process improvements affecting purchasing and vendor management workflows.
• Conduct complex business analysis to identify opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability.
• Lead cross‑functional system and process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Supply Chain/Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, IT, retail, consulting or finance with a track record of delivering results.
• Proven experience leading process improvement, systems development and project management.
• Minimum 3 years of advanced Excel experience.
• At least 4 years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
