Asset Coordinator

About the role

Moove is seeking an Asset Coordinator to manage the full life‑cycle of every vehicle and related equipment in its rapidly growing fleet. You will ensure assets are registered, insured, maintained and compliant with UAE regulations while keeping accurate records and supporting the Fleet Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date records for vehicles, charging equipment, tools, depot inventory and insurance policies.
• Coordinate onboarding, registration, insurance, maintenance, return to service and disposal of each asset.
• Track and renew RTA permits, operating licences and testing authorisations, preventing any lapses.
• Organise inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance with workshops and vendors to minimise downtime.
• Collect and upload data on traffic fines, charging costs and maintenance invoices for finance allocation.
• Maintain audit‑ready compliance documentation and support regulatory meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, asset coordination or vehicle operations, preferably in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence with at least one year of local driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of RTA processes and UAE vehicle compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with asset‑management databases and tracking tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet multiple deadlines and flexible to work weekends or outside standard hours.
