Inbound Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) - Long-Term Rentals

About the role

Udrive is looking for a customer-focused, target-driven Sales Executive for its Long-Term Rental (LTR) business in Dubai. The role handles inbound customer enquiries, recommends suitable rental solutions and converts them into confirmed long-term rentals. Arabic speakers are required.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries by call, WhatsApp, website leads and other channels, responding promptly and accurately about long-term rental offerings.
• Understand customer needs, preferences and budget, then explain rental plans, vehicle options, pricing, terms and conditions.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, follow up on pending sales and handle objections to close deals.
• Build customer relationships, identify upsell, extension and referral opportunities, and maintain CRM records of enquiries and sales.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet and Customer Support teams and follow up on bookings until vehicle handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in car rental, mobility, automotive, leasing or service industries; automobile industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven inbound sales and lead conversion experience; immediate joiners preferred.
• Preferred: experience in long-term car rentals, leasing, vehicle subscriptions or mobility services, and a strong track record of converting enquiries into sales.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong communication, listening, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound enquiries and work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
